Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your JK account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Authorization number.

  Pack with Care

  Securely place the products in their original packaging, ensuring all caps are tightened and protective seals are intact to prevent leaking during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package before dropping it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
